Description
Stretch wrapping machines are widely used to package and secure products for export, including food and beverages, plastics and chemicals, glass and ceramics, and mechanical and electrical castings. They help reduce damage during handling while providing protection against dust, moisture, and contamination.
The seven major series of strapping machines:
1. T-Series Pallet Wrapper:
It refers to equipment that uses a rotating turntable to drive palletized goods, thereby enabling stretch‑wrap packaging. This system is suitable for packaging goods shipped on pallets—such as containerized bulk shipments and individual‑item palletizing—and is widely employed across industries including glass products, hardware tools, electronics and electrical appliances, paper manufacturing, ceramics, chemicals, food, beverages, and building materials. It enhances logistics efficiency, reduces losses during handling and transportation, and offers benefits such as dust protection, moisture resistance, and lower packaging costs.
2. R Series – Cantilever Winding Machine:
It refers to equipment that wraps and secures goods by rotating a pivoting boom around the load. Any product suitable for packaging with the T-series can also be wrapped using R-series machines. Moreover, the machine’s circumferential wrapping motion is particularly well-suited for lighter, taller products that become unstable when palletized, as well as for handling ultra‑heavy loads. The equipment offers flexible installation options: it can be mounted on a wall or secured with a stand, and it can be integrated with conveyor lines as needed to support continuous production‑line operations.
3. H Series – Circular Winding Machine:
It refers to equipment that wraps and secures the circumferential portion of ring-shaped goods by means of a film‑feeding (belt‑feeding) mechanism operating in a circular orbit. It is used in industries such as tires, bearings, strip steel, copper strips, and cables. This equipment enhances packaging efficiency and offers advantages including dust protection, moisture resistance, and reduced packaging costs.
4. Y Series – Cylindrical Axial Winding Machine:
It refers to a system in which the rotation of a turntable drives the entire cylindrical cargo to rotate, while also providing sealed packaging suitable for various cylindrical goods. This technology is widely used in industries such as papermaking, tire cord fabric, and nonwoven fabrics. It enhances logistics efficiency, reduces losses during shipping, and offers excellent protection against dust and moisture.
5. W Series – Cylindrical Radial Winding Machine:
It refers to a packaging device that uses two powered idler rollers mounted on a turntable to rotate cylindrical goods, thereby enabling spiral wrapping around their radial cylindrical surfaces. This equipment is suitable for helical wrapping of the circular surfaces of roll‑shaped items and is widely used in industries such as papermaking, tire cord fabric, and nonwoven fabrics. It enhances logistics efficiency, reduces losses during shipping, and offers benefits including dust protection, moisture resistance, and lower packaging costs.
6. S Series – Horizontal Winding Machine:
It refers to the rotational motion of cargo moving horizontally at a constant speed, achieved via a slewing arm system. This technology is applied in industries such as plastic profiles, aluminum products, sheet materials, tubular products, and textiles.
7. NT Series – Pallet-Free Stretch Wrapping Machine:
It refers to equipment that uses a rotating turntable to spin the load, thereby achieving wrapping and bundling. It is suitable for packaging single items or multiple small‑sized packages and is widely used in industries such as apparel, electrical appliances, and synthetic fibers. This equipment enhances packaging efficiency, reduces losses during shipping, and offers benefits including dust protection, moisture resistance, and lower packaging costs.
