Composition of the automatic labeling machine:
(1) Unwinding roller. This is a passive roller used to support the label roll. It is typically equipped with an adjustable friction brake to regulate the roll’s speed and tension, ensuring smooth paper feed.
(2) Buffer roller. It is connected to a spring and can oscillate back and forth. Its purpose is to absorb the tension of the material on the reel when the device starts up, maintain contact between the material and the rollers, and prevent the material from breaking.
(3) Guide rollers. Composed of an upper and a lower roller, they serve to guide and position the material on the reel.
(4) Drive roller. It consists of a pair of driven friction rollers—typically one rubber roller and one metal roller—through which the liner paper passes. Its function is to drive the roll material, ensuring proper labeling.
(5) Take-up roller. This is a driven roller equipped with a friction‑drive mechanism, whose function is to rewind the liner after labeling. The rotation of the take-up roller and the paper feed from the drive roller are independent of each other, with synchronous motion regulated by the friction device.
(6) Peel plate. One end of the peel plate is angled (typically less than 30°), with the purpose of facilitating label release and detachment from the liner as the liner changes direction upon passing through the peel plate, thereby ensuring contact with the labeled object.
(7) Labeling roller. It applies the label, which has been peeled from the release liner, evenly and smoothly onto the target surface.
