When a photoelectric sensor detects that a product has passed through, mechanical mechanisms are activated to sequentially perform all functions: lowering the box, opening the box, forming the box body, advancing the product, loading it into the box, attaching the tabs, folding the flaps, inserting the tongue, and completing the final shaping. Once the entire cartoning process is finished, the equipment is estimated to reduce labor by 6–8 workers and increase production efficiency by approximately 1.5 times.
