Single-column rotary palletizing robot
The single‑column palletizer is primarily used in the downstream palletizing stage of production lines across various industries. Its structure features a single‑column design, with a main system comprising a lifting axis, a traversing axis, a primary rotary axis, and a gripper‑rotating axis—forming a fully servo‑driven four‑axis palletizing unit. It is controlled by a motion controller and driven by four servo motors. Equipped with a 290° rotation capability, it can handle simultaneous palletizing of two product decks, delivering performance comparable to that of a palletizing robot. The machine boasts a compact, aesthetically pleasing design, easy and straightforward adjustments, and versatility for a wide range of products and stacking patterns. It can operate independently or be integrated with automatic stackers and pallet conveyors to create a fully automated palletizing system. This equipment is operated via a handheld teach pendant, enabling intelligent, user‑friendly control that is simple to learn and master, significantly reducing labor requirements and lowering physical workload.
