The equipment primarily consists of a turntable, a vertical column, a film‑holding frame, a lifting mechanism, and a control system. During operation, the load is placed at the center of the turntable; the turntable motor rotates the pallet, while the lifting motor drives the film‑holding frame to move vertically, enabling the stretch film to form a helical wrap around the load’s surface. A pre‑stretching unit first stretches the film to a specified ratio—typically up to 250%—before applying it to the load, ensuring uniform wrapping.
