During operation, the palletized load is placed at the center of the turntable. The turntable motor drives the pallet to rotate, enabling horizontal wrapping; simultaneously, the lifting motor moves the film holder vertically, completing helical wrapping in the vertical direction. The control system, via a PLC or microcomputer, coordinates the turntable speed, the film‑holder lifting speed, and the film tension, thereby meeting process requirements such as the specified number of wrap layers and reinforcement turns. It also features automatic film feeding, film‑break detection, and film‑smoothing functions.
