Online hoop winding machine
The online ring‑body tape winding machine consists primarily of a circular track, a film‑holding frame system, support idlers, a tension‑control mechanism, and a fully servo‑controlled system. During operation, the annular product—such as a tire or wheel rim—is placed on the idlers and secured by a clamping device. The annular film‑holding frame rotates at a constant speed along the track, driven by a servo motor. After passing through a pre‑stretching unit and the tension‑control mechanism, the tape or wrapping film is applied evenly and tightly to the surface of the ring body, forming multi‑layer helical or circumferential wraps. The fully servo‑controlled system uses encoders to provide real‑time feedback on position and speed, enabling precise control of the winding path, overlap ratio, and number of layers.
