Multi-line blending and packaging line for bottled liquids
This packaging line includes automatic case opening, automatic case loading (only on lines 1 and 2), automatic case sealing (with two sealing methods), and automatic palletizing. All equipment must feature quick changeover capabilities: when switching to a different carton size, the setup time for each individual machine on the automated line shall not exceed 3 minutes, and the total changeover time shall be no more than 5 minutes. The six filling lines must achieve a combined case‑opening and case‑sealing capacity of at least 500 cases per hour.
