The one‑touch adjustable flap‑folding and sealing machine, also known as the servo‑assisted one‑touch switchable flap‑folding and sealing machine, is an intelligent straight‑line carton sealing device. Unlike conventional manually adjusted models, it relies on a servo motor and a PLC‑based touch screen to pre‑store multiple carton‑size configurations. When switching between box sizes, users simply select the desired setting on the touch screen, and the machine automatically adjusts the conveyor width, the pressing height, and the position of the flap‑folding mechanism. It then autonomously completes the folding of the four top flaps and applies both top and bottom sealing tapes—eliminating the need for manual crank adjustments or fine‑tuning by loosening screws.
