First of all, you should be clear that wrapping machines are widely used in the assembly costs of products such as foreign trade exports, food and beverages, plastics and chemicals, glass and ceramics, and electromechanical castings. It can prevent damage to goods during handling and plays a role in dust prevention, moisture prevention, and cleaning. Although it has many advantages, it also needs good maintenance. For example, the inner and outer chains of the wrapping machine frame should be kept lubricated. If the frame moves up and down with vibration, the tension chain can be tightened to remove it; when the turntable slows down or slips, first open the turntable motor cover, loosen the four connecting bolts on the speed reducer, and then adjust the two tension bolts clockwise evenly to achieve the required tension. After the machine has been used continuously for 10-15 days, the chain tension should be adjusted; otherwise, it is important to note that it completes the speed change through the worm gear speed regulator in the lifting, chassis, and film frame drive. Use oil-immersed lubrication gearboxes when using. The wrapping machine must be replaced with new oil after 7-14 days of operation, and then replaced once a year; the ambient temperature is below 0℃ -40-40℃, and low-pour-point lubricating oil is used; of course, because the gear reducer is lubricated with grease, it is not necessary to replace the grease during use, but it should be replaced according to the actual situation; when placing the goods in the package, try to place them gently and steadily to avoid deformation of the chassis or shortening the life of the parts; so in fact, these goods cannot exceed the designed packaging height during operation, otherwise it will affect the packaging effect; the goods should be placed within the range of the turntable, if the goods are too large, they should be operated within 100mm or according to the actual space of the machine, otherwise it may damage the machine; of course, attention should also be paid to the wrapping machine to turn off the electrical cabinet, regularly clean and check the electrical components and electrical connections to ensure the normal use of the wrapping machine. In the initial position, fix the film on the turntable or goods, and press the automatic run button. The turntable pneumatic starts to accelerate to high speed, and the film is automatically output with the turntable operation, and the turntable counts at the same time. When the bottom set value is reached, the film frame starts to rise.
