Design Mechanism:

5. It can not only prevent paper slippage, but also uses a spring pressure wheel that is not limited by product thickness.
6. The folding machine equipment adopts a whole machine structure, and each workshop has a displacement sensor, which is not affected by speed.
7. The equipment sensors, photoelectric, mechanical overload protection, etc. constitute a monitoring, alarm, and fault display system. No paper box will be accidentally sprayed.
Folding machines (also known as fully automatic carton forming machines) can fold the carton boxes or paper pressed by the box manufacturer into the desired shape, and are widely used in product packaging. 2. The power suction cup sucks into the grinding wheel position, presses the paper towards the grinding wheel, and forms it. At this time, the paper box has been basically formed.
3. Lock the side cover of the paper box, and the paper flap locks the paper to shape the paper without tape or hot melt adhesive. Finally, fold the paper into a box shape.
4. After completing the folding box, put the product directly into the box.
