Manual 90-degree flipping can achieve six-sided edge wrapping. It is now widely used in foreign trade, clothing, yarn, food, and other industries.
5. Horizontal Wrapping Machine: A horizontal wrapping machine refers to equipment that rotates around goods that move horizontally at a uniform speed through a rotating arm system and adjusts the tension of the packaging material through a stretching mechanism to package the object into a tight whole and form a spiral regular package on the surface of the object. It is widely used in industries such as plastic profiles, aluminum profiles, plates, pipes, and dyed fabrics.
6. Luggage Wrapping Machine: Specifically designed for airport luggage wrapping. During luggage transportation, it plays a protective role to prevent damage and replacement. The equipment is mobile. The operator places the luggage on the turntable, adjusts the position of the vertical rod according to the size of the luggage, and then presses the start button on the control panel. The equipment will automatically pack the luggage, generally 3-5 layers. It adopts a microcomputer control core and can pack various packaging with different process requirements, and automatically break the film. This invention has the characteristics of stable performance, strong anti-interference ability, normal operation in environments with high dust, high noise, strong electromagnetic interference, and drastic temperature changes, and simple operation. The main electrical components of the film winding machine use imported products, and the control PLC uses imported winding machine accessories.
